A Glia nasceu da experiência direta em sala de aula e da convivência cotidiana com os desafios reais da escola.
Sou mestra e doutora em neurociências, educadora e fundadora da Glia. Atuei por mais de uma década como professora, coordenadora e gestora escolar, acompanhando de perto como dificuldades de atenção, comportamento e aprendizagem se manifestam no dia a dia , especialmente em um contexto de hiperconectividade crescente.
A Glia existe para traduzir a neurociência em decisões pedagógicas possíveis, ajudando escolas a sair do improviso e ganhar critérios claros para agir com segurança.
