Virgínia Chaves, fundadora da GLIA é apaixonada por cérebro e educação.
Mestra e doutora em neurociências, Virgínia também possui licenciatura para o ensino de ciências e foi professora de cursos de graduação e pós-graduação. Atuou como coordenadora da disciplina de ciências em uma grande de escolar no Rio de Janeiro, além de ter sido diretora adjunta de unidade escolar da mesma rede.
É autora de material didático de ciências e biologia do antigo sistema de ensino Eleva e atuou como gerente da área de capacitação e treinamento de professores da mesma empresa.
